Recovery key is a 32-character key generated during the GateHub signup process. It is generated only once and can be used to change your login password.
If you have not saved the Recovery key, you cannot recover your account.
GateHub does not store your Recovery key and does not have access to your wallet secret keys. All your account data is encrypted and can only be decrypted by using your recovery key.
Once this window has been closed, the Recovery key cannot be retrieved.
Please copy your Recovery key to a text file or click “Download recovery key”.
Do not share your recovery key and keep it in a safe place (paper copy or offline storage).
