Deposit beneficiary is GateHub Limited with corresponding UK address as stated in the deposit window. Make sure the correct beneficiary is stated on the bank deposit form.
Beneficiary bank is Gorenjska Banka d.d. with corresponding Slovenian address as stated on deposit window. Your deposit must be sent to our IBAN, registered at Gorenjska Banka bank. Our IBAN is stated in the bank deposit window.
Purpose of transaction must be trade-related. Do not select something unrelated.
Unique reference number must always be included! Deposits without it will be processed with a high delay.
Third party deposits are not permitted and will be rejected. Bank transactions are possible with a bank account registered to your name only.
Minimum deposit sum is 50 USD (10 EUR for SEPA).
Payment options: We support cryptocurrency and bank transactions.
Other payment options are NOT supported (i.e. credit card or Paypal).
Processing time: International wire transfers take between 4 and 7 workdays (1 to 3 for SEPA). Delays are possible. Transaction time depends on the bank system.

Below are the instructions on how to deposit USD or EUR.
- Click WALLET on the left.
- Select the wallet you want to deposit into (blue drop-down menu at the top left).
- Click the “Deposit / Receive” button at the bottom.
- Select Bank for SWIFT transfer or EU Bank for SEPA area to receive the required bank transfer information,
- Use the information to make a deposit from your bank account.
